WHAT IS A COHORT?

Small Group. Shared Challenges. Real Connections.

A cohort is a group of 8 to 10 Summit attendees who share your focus. You'll use your time together to set goals, compare notes on sessions, and work through real challenges with people who understand them.

Every cohort is:

  • Matched to you based on your role, interests, and the challenges you want to solve

  • Small by design, so everyone has a voice

  • Connected before, during, and after the Summit

  • Included with your registration at no extra cost

EXPANDED LEARNING Cover More Ground Together

You can't attend every session, but your cohort can. Compare notes with peers who heard different speakers and pick up the key insights and ideas from sessions you missed while you were in another room.

SHARED PROBLEM-SOLVING Crowdsource Real Solutions

Bring a real problem from work and get practical input from people who have faced something similar. Your cohort becomes a trusted sounding board for testing ideas, approaches, and solutions before you act.

LASTING RELATIONSHIPS Keep the Momentum Going

Reconnect with your cohort after the Summit to share progress, trade resources, and hold each other accountable. The relationships you build in Houston keep paying off long after the event itself ends.

HOW IT WORKS

From Registration to Reunion in Five Steps

Getting matched takes just a few minutes. From there, your cohort supports you before, during, and after the Summit. Here's how the experience comes together.

  • 1. REGISTER

    Secure Your Spot Early

Every registered attendee is placed in a cohort. Placements are assigned first come, first served, so registering early gives you the best chance of joining the group that fits you best.

  • 2. TELL US ABOUT YOU

    Share Your Goals and Challenges

After you register, you'll get a short intake form. Tell us about your role, your interests, and the challenges you want to work on, and we'll use your answers to match you with the right peers.

  • 3. MEET VIRTUALLY

    Connect Before You Travel

Meet your cohort online before the Summit. Get to know each other, share what you hope to accomplish, and plan which sessions you'll each cover so you arrive ready to hit the ground running.

  • 4. COLLABORATE ONSITE

Work Side by Side in Houston

Dedicated cohort time on the agenda gives you space to set goals, compare what you're learning, and work through challenges together. On the final day, cohorts share their biggest takeaways with the room.

  • 5. STAY CONNECTED

    Keep the Conversation Going

Reconnect virtually after the Summit to share progress, swap resources, and keep each other on track. Many attendees find their cohort becomes a trusted network they rely on all year.
