About the Instructor

Jesse Wilkins, CIP, CIPP/US, CIPM, IGP, CRM, CIGO, ICE-CCP, AIIM Fellow, is a Senior Consultant, Records and Information Governance, with Epiq Global, a worldwide provider of legal and business services. He has worked in the information management industry for nearly 30 years as an end user, vendor, consultant, and trainer. His areas of expertise include information governance, records management, enterprise content management, social media governance, and training and certification development and delivery. 

Jesse is an internationally sought-after speaker and author on information management topics and has presented more than 900 keynotes and educational sessions at AIIM, ARMA, ARMA Canada, MER, and many other industry conferences and events. He has also delivered more than 200 workshops on information management to companies and government agencies around the world. He is recognized for his ability to explain and clarify complex information management topics. 

Jesse has earned numerous certifications and designations in a variety of information management disciplines. He has received the ARMA Britt Literary Award and the AIIM Education Award. In 2020 he was enrolled in the AIIM Company of Fellows as Fellow #223. In 2022 he was inducted into InfoAdvocate's Information Governance Hall of Honor.
