Barry Primes, MBA, CIP, AIIM Fellow (#246), RMO, is a respected thought leader with more than 35 years of experience in records and information management, organizational leadership, and enterprise governance. He has led major initiatives across federal, public, and private sectors, building high-performing, compliant, and digitally enabled information environments. Barry is known for advancing strategic RIM programs, modernizing operations, and mentoring emerging leaders in the profession. He holds an MBA, the Certified Information Professional credential, and is completing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership, further strengthening his long-standing commitment to excellence and innovation in the information management field.

Sarah Sheffield, CIP is the Lead Document and Records Management Specialist for the M&O Contractor of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Sarah has been at the SPR for just over 7 years but has been in the information industry on and off since 2008. Prior to her current position, she worked on the project to help Tulane libraries recover after the Hurricane Katrina disaster. She is a CIP, an AIIM Ambassador, and a part of the team revitalizing WIIM at AIIM. Sarah lives in Rockford, IL with her two furbabies, Rowan (dog) and Tilt (cat).

Jesse Wilkins, CIP, CIPP/US, CIPM, IGP, CRM, CIGO, ICE-CCP, and AIIM Fellow, is a Senior Consultant of Records and Information Governance at Epiq Global with nearly 30 years of experience across roles as an end user, vendor, consultant, and trainer. His expertise includes information governance, records management, enterprise content management, and training and certification development.

A highly regarded speaker and author, Jesse has delivered more than 900 presentations and over 200 workshops worldwide. He holds numerous industry certifications and has been honored with the ARMA Britt Literary Award, the AIIM Education Award, induction as AIIM Fellow #223, and recognition in InfoAdvocate’s Information Governance Hall of Honor.

Doron is a corporate partner and U.S. head of the Data Innovation, Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice at Withers LLP. He advises startups and global organizations on privacy, data security, and technology matters, drawing on his background as a former software developer and network administrator. Named a “Cybersecurity Trailblazer” by the National Law Journal, Doron was among the first U.S. lawyers certified as a Privacy Law Specialist by the IAPP.

He works closely with legal and technology teams on data protection compliance, cloud and SaaS issues, and incident and breach response, and also advises on advertising and marketing compliance. Doron is an adjunct professor at New York Law School, where he teaches Fashion Law and Technology, and a correspondent for Impact Entrepreneur Magazine.

Joey is a BIM technologist and developer focused on improving information management through automation and AI. His work includes building custom tools and workflows for standards compliance, data quality control, and model validation. With a growing focus on AI agents, Joey explores practical ways to apply AI to real world problems - helping teams reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and gain confidence in their project data. His goal is to turn complex disconnected information into clear, trustworthy insights that support better, faster decision making throughout the project life cycle.

Leigh Zidwick is the Senior Director of Information Governance at DLA Piper (US), where she leads a mature, multi‑office IG program spanning records, privacy readiness, risk mitigation, and AI governance. She is also the founder of the Legal IG Roundtable, an international community of IG and legal innovation professionals.

Mark Kickbusch (Kicks) is the Records and Information Manager at Zillow Group. His career spans law enforcement and corporate information governance, beginning as a police officer and detective in Australia before moving to the U.S., where he served as a records supervisor for a police department. He went on to hold senior records management roles at Fruit of the Loom and Trinity Industries before joining Zillow. Mark is a Certified Records Manager (CRM).

Melvin Baskin serves as the owner and principal consultant of ICG Consultants and Advisors. With over 30 years of experience in information management, he is recognized for his ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver strategic technical guidance across various industries. For over two decades, Mr. Baskin has developed deep expertise in legal records and document management systems, collaborating with leading corporate legal departments and law firms. His extensive knowledge and proven leadership make him a trusted authority in shaping and implementing effective information governance strategies.

Rob King is Chief Data Officer for the Department of Energy and an award-winning data and analytics executive with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise data, governance, and analytics initiatives across federal agencies. He previously served as CDO at the Social Security Administration and held leadership roles at the Department of Homeland Security, driving data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics programs.

Before public service, Rob spent over a decade in private industry as an IT systems architect and integrator, supporting Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies. He holds degrees from Stockton University and the Naval Postgraduate School, along with certifications including PMP and ITIL.

Katherine Bayless, CAE, is the Senior Director, Data & Analytics at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), producer of CES® — the world's most influential technology event. Her team is focused on building modern data infrastructure from the ground up, taking an AI-first approach that prioritizes modern, integrated platforms over incremental maturity. Katherine is a relentlessly curious nerd who is passionate about closing the gap between people and their data. With nearly 15 years of experience spanning data engineering, business intelligence, marketing technology, and organizational data literacy, she specializes in designing data ecosystems that don’t just answer questions — they build organizational capacity to ask better ones.
