We'll establish today's collaborative problem-solving approach by reviewing the challenges you've posted and conducting an interactive poll that prioritizes the most critical issues facing our community. This brief session sets expectations for a day focused on practical solutions and peer-driven innovation.

2:35-3:05 PM - AI Implementation Frameworks: Lessons from Early Adopters 
Now that you've heard multiple solution approaches, learn practical frameworks for evaluating and implementing AI solutions. This educational session provides concrete tools, templates, and lessons learned that help you assess the solutions you've just seen and apply proven methodologies to your specific challenges. Speakers will share evaluation criteria, implementation roadmaps, and critical success factors based on real-world experience. 


3:05-3:25 PM - COLLABORATIVE ACTION PLANNING
