Meet Our Speakers
Tori Miller Liu

Tori Miller Liu, MBA, FASAE, CAE, CIP is the President & CEO of the Association for Intelligent Information Management. She is an experienced association executive, technology leader, speaker, and facilitator. Previously, she served as the Chief Information Officer of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and been working in association management since 2006. Tori is a current member of the ASAE Executive Management Advisory Council and AI Coalition. She is a former member of the ASAE Technology Professional Advisory Council and a former Board Member of Association Women Technology Champions. She was named a 2020 Association Trends Young & Aspiring Professional and 2021 Association Forum Forty under 40 award recipient. She is also an alumna of the ASAE NextGen program. She is a Certified Association Executive and holds an MBA from George Washington University. In 2023, Tori was named as a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Chris Cote

A seasoned financial services consultant with over 30 years of dedicated experience in the Canadian wealth management and insurance sectors. Before transitioning to consulting, I held senior management positions in operations, IT, and project management at leading financial institutions. Since becoming an independent consultant in 2014, I have successfully led numerous large-scale and complex initiatives including business process automation and digitization, mergers and acquisitions, large scale integrations, regulatory compliance and technology modernization. Known for fostering cross-functional collaboration and consistently delivering measurable business results.
Natalie Ferguson

Natalie Ferguson is a seasoned financial services leader with over 25 years of experience transforming operations and driving digital innovation. As Managing Director at RBC IS, she integrated the voice of the client into every solution, leading initiatives that streamline processes, enhance service, and deliver measurable results.
Her career includes senior roles at Aviso Wealth, Sagen, CIBC, and BMO Financial Group, where she led multimillion-dollar transformation programs, implemented Lean Management, and introduced cutting-edge tools like AI and machine learning. A Lean Management Black Belt and advocate for women in leadership, Natalie is passionate about operational excellence, innovation, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Brynessa Gradley

Brynessa is a Partner at Deloitte and the National Practice leader for the Digital Intelligent Information (Di2) Strategy offering, serving clients across FSI, ER&I and GPS. Brynessa enables organizations to turn siloed and fragmented information and solutions, into seamless digital experiences. Supporting them throughout their transformation journeys, in developing and executing against their business goals, creating actionable strategies, enabling them to maximizing their core business operations and recognize the true potential of AI/GenAI in their business through information strategy.

James K. Watson Jr., PhD is the President and CEO of Doculabs, Inc., a leading consulting firm specializing in enterprise content management, digital transformation, and information governance.
