Call for Speakers: AI+IM Global Summit 2026

At the AI+IM Global Summit, we're seeking practical, forward-thinking sessions that address our community's most pressing challenges while exploring emerging opportunities.

Our goal is to create an engaging program that delivers real value to our community through focused, educational content aligned with AIIM's strategic priorities.

Proposals due September 26, 2025

What We're Looking For

Who Can Submit

Everyone is welcome to propose sessions, including:

  • End users and practitioners
  • Consultants and analysts
  • Solution providers and vendors
  • Industry experts

We Prioritize End User-Led Sessions

Our community most values real-world insights from practitioners who have implemented solutions in their organizations. Sessions led or co-led by end users receive priority consideration in our selection process. If you're a vendor or consultant, we strongly encourage you to partner with an end user co-presenter to share authentic, practical experiences that resonate with our audience.

Session Formats Available

90-Minute Workshops (4 available)
Hands-on, interactive experiences where participants work through real challenges using tools, templates, and frameworks. Perfect for deep-dive implementation planning, assessment exercises, or collaborative problem-solving.

45-Minute Interactive Sessions (15-18 available)
Engaging presentations with significant audience interaction, Q&A, polls, and practical takeaways. Ideal for sharing strategies, case studies, lessons learned, and emerging trends with actionable next steps.

All sessions should be designed for active participation rather than traditional lecture formats.

Session Requirements

  • Match our focus areas: Proposals should align with our suggested topics (an "Other" category allows for additional relevant topics)
  • Educational value: Sessions must provide practical, actionable insights rather than product demonstrations or sales pitches
  • End user inclusion encouraged: We prioritize sessions that feature end users sharing their experiences and lessons learned
  • Confirmed speakers: All proposed speakers must agree to participate before submission

Priority Topic Areas

Based on extensive community research and engagement data, we're particularly interested in sessions that fall within these high-impact areas:

We prioritize sessions that match our priority topic areas.
