Prices and Payments

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. All orders must be prepaid.

AIIM accepts credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express); personal or company checks in U.S. currency; and bank wire transfers.

Sales Tax

Maryland destinations add 5% sales tax to the entire order.

Shipping and Handling

Unless otherwise stated, all publication orders are subject to the shipping and handling charges listed below. The standard method of delivery within the continental U.S. is UPS ground. Overnight service is available for an additional charge. You may also specify your UPS or FedEx account if you prefer.

UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box; therefore, please indicate a street address for shipment. AIIM cannot be help responsible for non-delivery if a street address is not given or any customs/brokers fees for Canadian or international shipments.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please allow up to two weeks for UPS ground shipments.
Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the next day.

In the Continental U.S.
Ground: $8 for the first publication, $2 for each additional
Overnight: $25 for the first publication, $5 for each additional
Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico
Express: $18 for the first publication, $5 for each additional
Canada
Ground: $17 for the first publication, $4 for each additional
Express: $28 for the first publication, $6 for each additional
Outside the U.S. and Canada
Express: $30 for the first publication, $10 for each additional

Our Guarantee

AIIM stands by the quality of its products and publications. If you’re not satisfied with your order, simply return products in the condition sent within 30 days of purchase and request a refund.

Publications that are shrink-wrapped must be returned with wrapping and seals unbroken. AIIM reserves the right to reject any returns.

To return merchandise, indicate the reason on the shipping slip. Enclose a copy and ship via a traceable method to:
