U.S. Pretrials Services in Los Angeles implemented a court case management system developed by WaterWare to transition from paper to electronic management of case files. In the first of two conversations, Infonomics Weekly editor Bryant Duhon speaks with Mark Waters, president of WaterWare, about the implementation, the pros and cons of customization, and his philosophy of customer service.
