I spent 8 years as an IT troubleshooter of end user probelms for the Maine Department of Transportation and then the Office of Information Technology.  Now I've managed to step into a Systems Management role back with MaineDOT.  Currently, I manage MaineDOT's OpenText electronic DM system as well as the still paper RM program.
