I am an experienced archivist, records manager and consultant, working for the Russian records management software vendor Electronic Office Systems LLP. My scope of interests includes e-records management, electronic archives as well as e-government/government 2.0/open government. I've authored more than 150 papers and translated into Russian a number of standards and guidance documents including European specifications MoReq2. I am a member of Records Management Guild (Russia) and ARMA International.
