As the Senior Director of Global Content Solutions for Experis, a ManpowerGroup Company, Matt is responsible for a global consulting practice which includes management of project delivery, business development, P&L, resource management, and a focus on ensuring extreme client satisfaction for the Experis Global Content Solutions practice. Matt has deep ECM expertise delivering, managing, and selling unique enterprise content management software, services and solutions for public sector organizations and commercial corporations. He has served, through his consulting career, in the capacities of Executive Sponsor, Project Manager, and Principal/Senior Consultant for different clients across the globe. Prior his previous position at Experis, Matt held leadership positions including: Regional Vice President at OpenText Americas Services Organization, Manager for IBM Global Business Services, Director for Oracle Consulting Services, Owner/President of Free and Thornton, LLC, and Principal Consultant for Ciber consulting services. Matt resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three children.
