Over 30 years experience working with various electronic content management (ECM) technologies including document imaging, forms, OCR/ICR, document/library services, various forms of process routing and production workflow. This experience ranges from the technical development role, analysis and design roles, and project management roles encompassing all aspects of technical project management, ECM system design, development, and full solution implementation. In addition, consulting activities have included providing ECM system analysis, project management and technical assistance and training to numerous clients either implementing or planning to implement content/document management systems. Experience also includes participating in a significant number of ECM industry seminars (AIIM, EDM); writing content/document management and eDiscovery articles for industry magazines and functioning as Project Manager of several ANSI/AIIM standards committee projects, and Chairman of multiple national and international standards committees. Extensive experience providing eDiscovery and ECM forensics related consulting services to state regulatory authorities. Inducted into the AIIM Company of Fellows in 2005 (#173). Established in 1963, the Company of Fellows honors those individuals in the association who merit recognition and distinction for their outstanding contributions to the enterprise content management (ECM) industry. Since 1963, a total of 175 people have been given this award on a world-wide basis. Accredited as an AIIM-Master of Information Technology in 1997, AIIM-Document Imaging Laureate in 1998 and AIIM Laureate in Workflow technologies in 1998. Appointed to AIIM/ANSI US TAG in 1998 and AIIM/ANSI Standards board in 2007.
