Bio

Mr. Bartels has been in the field of electronic imaging and document management for more than 25 years. Mr. Bartels was the first to publish an article describing index verification via database matching, which has since become standard practice within the industry. Mr. Bartels is a board member and former President of the NJ Chapter of AIIM International (International Enterprise Content Management Association), and has built his career on directing document management and vital records projects for blue-chip companies and large government organizations throughout the U.S. Prior to founding IPS, Mr. Bartels was innovating back-office facility management and outsources services and COLD systems at Imtech Corporation. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Bartels was instrumental in developing the NCR Corporation’s Information Imaging Systems Division in Chicago, Illinois.
