Charmaine Brooks’is a Certified Records Manager and has 25+ years experience in records and information management. She provides analysis and consultation for full lifecycle management of information and records, including all activities associated with records management functions for organizations, small to large, in a variety of industries. She develops processes, systems, and procedures for managing, tracking, and scheduling records to ensure compliance with governmental and legal requirements and has a broad base of knowledge in digital content management and integrated RM software solutions. She is a principal with IMERGE Consulting, Inc. and has co-authored books on the management of electronic records. Ms Brooks is a Certified trainer for the AIIM Electronics Records Management Certificate program and has earned the designations of ERMM and IOAM..
