I am an experienced Image Representative, Quality Control Coordinator and Team Leader at Sun Life Financial and recent Honours Communication Studies graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University. I am well versed in the imaging process and have learned firsthand how a production operation does and can operate most effectively and efficiently within an organizational context. I have a strong academic background in Communication Studies and a minor in psychology. I have successfully completed several courses, including Communication for Managers, Organizational Behaviour, Interpersonal Communication and, Reasoning and Argumentation, which has given me a solid foundation to be able to effectively lead and manage within a dynamic team environment.
