I have been in Enterprise Content Management for the past 10 years, primarily involved with the FileNet product suite, which was acquired by IBM in 2006. I initially started in the Software Services organization as a Technical Consultant, doing installations, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting as well as some architecture design. I then moved into the Accelerated Value Program (Premium Support) within IBM where I was a Support Account Manager and Senior Support Specialist in a combined role, looking after accounts from a support perspective. I am now in the Technical Sales community within IBM for Enterprise Content Management, specialized in ECM and BPM, but with cross solution knowledge of the portfolio
