Mark McGregor speaks, writes and coaches all over the world. In the past two years alone, he has presented to over 5,000 people in more than 20 countries. He has also been invited by leading analysts GartnerGroup to deliver Keynote talks and workshops sessions at several of their BPM Conferences Mark has authored & co-authored numerous books (Including "People Centric Process Management", "Thrive! How to Succeed in the Age of the Customer", Winning With Enterprise Process Management" and "In Search of BPM Excellence") and hundreds of articles on Business improvement, Business Process and Enterprise Architecture. As an experienced BPM Practitioner, a Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and Licensed Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, Mark brings a broad skill set to his clients. He has been described as a "Guru" by leading analysts Gartner Group, as a "Master of Mindset" by IQPC and a "Thought Leader" by the BPM Group.
