Bio

Ethan Yarbrough is President and Co-Founder of Allyis, Inc., a technology consulting and staffing firm focused on helping organizations leverage and prosper from the use of enterprise software platforms, social technologies, and open, employee-centric cultures to increase productivity, foster collaboration, innovation and knowledge management, and contribute to employee morale and retention.  Ethan is a social computing thought leader and active participant in the Enterprise 2.0 conversation via his blog at http://blog.allyis.com, Tweets, white papers and speaking engagements. "My job is to work with Allyis' senior leadership team to develop and direct company strategy. Of course, I have a role in carrying out that strategy too, and you'll often find me in the market speaking and educating others on emerging enterprise technology trends and Allyis' approach, thinking and expertise in the area. But, even more exciting to me is when I'm able to bring meaningful insights back to our organization to help shape our company's and individual employee's ongoing success. I want to develop real relationships with people and other companies. I want people to understand our work, our expertise, our values, and our philosophy because when they do, people respond very positively. I really enjoy opportunities to speak about our work, but it’s most rewarding when those opportunities lead to the chance to listen to others talk about their companies and what they’re trying to accomplish. I learn from every one of those conversations, and I love that."
