Maurene Caplan Grey, Founder and Principal Analyst of Grey Consulting, has over 20 years of experience in information and communication technologies and business practices, with expertise in e-communications, social media and collaboration. Prior to starting an independent firm, Ms. Grey was Gartner's lead research analyst on email messaging, calendaring/scheduling, chat/instant messaging, and human communications. She authored over 150 research reports and presented at Gartner and vendor conferences in the US, Europe and Latin America. Earlier, she headed United Parcel Service's global messaging operations.
