• Legal and regulatory expertise including 30 years' experience in Washington DC with law firms and the US Congress (interim assignments whilst attending college and university). • Trained in classical library and information science methodologies. • Experience with factual research, information cataloging and classification including taxonomy/ontology development, and relational database design and implementation. • Thorough knowledge of and collaborative experience with DOD and other government agency staff related to taxonomy, thesauri, establishment of metadata standards and practices, policies and directives.
