Bio

Susan K. Goodman is a Certified Records Manager (CRM), an Enterprise Records Specialist (ERMs) and Enterprise Content Management Practitioner (ECMp). She is the Director of Records Management at Consumer Reports. Prior to this, she was an SVP in the Bank of America’s Global Digital Records Program and (earlier) the Director of Records Management for Banc of America Securities. She has more than 25 years of senior RM (including ERM) experience in diverse sectors including financial services, energy, utilities, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, government, legal services, and non-profit – in-house and as a consultant. Susan holds a Masters degree from the SUNY, Albany, School of Information Science and Policy. She was an adjunct faculty member for Records Administration at Wayne State University for five years, was president of the Detroit and Albany ARMA chapters, chaired ARMA’s Publications Committee, and has published articles and presented frequently on RIM topics. Sue also currently serves on the Sedona Conference Working Group I and the ARMA Standards advisory group and is an AIIM ERM expert blogger.
