Edward Pecelli is the Director of Professional Services for CLM Matrix where he is responsible for client implementations of Matrix – the firm’s Contract Lifecycle Management software built on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.  In this role he regularly engages in process and contract re-engineering, business analysis, and change management.  His experience includes Enterprise Content Management analysis, best practices, and organizational needs assessment.  Edward regularly leads business process analyses, process redesigns, and enterprise assessments to align people, process and technology to business goals.  Prior to joining CLM Matrix, Edward was a Business Consultant with Canon Technology Solutions (CTS) where he led numerous Enterprise Content Management initiatives and projects with customers across diverse industries and all market sizes.  Prior to that, Edward spent over 10 year in the Securities Industry, in various leadership positions.  Edward is a professional member of AIIM – The Enterprise Content Management Association.  He has been a speaker at national meetings of the Financial Services industry, and often presents at briefings and client meetings.  He has a B.S. in International Commerce and Finance from Georgetown University, an MBA with dual concentration in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University, and holds the CompTIA CDIA+ certification as a Certified Document Imaging Architech.
