Responsible for AIIM’s 65,000 strong and growing community, training courses, membership, standards, chapters, IT and Web.
Initiated, designed and introduced AIIM Certificate programs in 2006 leading to AIIM Practitioner, Specialist and Master designations. The courses are available as classroom courses delivered by AIIM staff and partners across the world, or online via the AIIM website. 14,000+ industry professionals have so far attended the AIIM Certificate programs, and some of the courses have also been translated to German, Portuguese and Russian.
Early adopter of social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and SlideShare to improve member communication, brand exposure and web traffic. The AIIM group on LinkedIn has now approx 10,000 members, the Twitter account has 3,000+ followers, and many of the AIIM SlideShare presentations have each 10,000+ views.
Planned, developed and introduced an online community to allow members to connect, share and discuss technologies and best practices. The first social networking site had 3,500 members after 12 months, and we have now introduced an improved community platform with 30+ expert bloggers, 100+ wiki pages, discussion forum, and buyers guide to discuss and review 100+ products.
Regular presenter at AIIM events, but also Gartner summits and industry events across the world. Topics include “Flying Cars and Cool Uniforms, - The Future for Information Workers?”, “ECM Market Trends”, and “The State of the Enterprise 2.0 Market”.
