Bio

Bob is an internationally recognized Subject Matter Expert and thought leader with over thirty years of experience in Document Imaging, Enterprise Content Management, Process Improvement and Automation, Records Management, and the application of advanced technologies to solve business problems. Bob is Director of the AIIM Learning Center where he works to develop and deliver specialized training in best practices, technologies and methodologies. Bob has a Degree in Marketing from Franklin Pierce College and holds credentials as an: • AIIM -Certified Information Professional (CIP), Master in ECM and BPM, Specialist in ERM, EMM, Enterprise 2.0, SharePoint for ECM, SharePoint for Collaboration, and IOA, Practitioner in Capture, Taxonomy and Metadata, and Social Media Governance • State of Florida Certified Instructor • CompTIA -- Certified Document Imaging Architech+ (CDIA+) Bob is the recipient of the Cenadem - Brazil ECM Pioneer Award, a published poet, photographer and musician and is listed in the Honors Edition of Biltmore’s Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals, International Who’s Who of Professionals, the International Who’s Who in Poetry and the Executive Guild of Who’s Who. Prior to his current position, Bob has held positions within the vendor community, as a Consultant/Analyst with iMerge Consulting, Kinetic Information and BIS Strategic Decisions. In the reseller distribution channel, Bob led Tech Data’s Knowledge Management Unit where, he set the strategic and tactical directions for the distribution of advanced and emerging technology products through Tech Data’s distribution channel. Bob entered the emerging technologies' industry with Wang Laboratories where he focused on imaging, workflow, and digital annotation and voice recognition systems.
