Bob is an internationally recognized, lecturer and journalist with over thirty years of experience in the application of advanced technologies imaging, ECM and process improvement. Bob is Director and Industry Advisor with AIIM International and the recipient of the Cenadem - Brazil 2008 ECM Pioneer Award. In this role, Bob works in identifying, developing and delivering specialized training in best practices, technology and methodologies. Bob has a Degree in Marketing from Franklin Pierce College. In addition to being an AIIM Master of Information Technology with a Laureate in Imaging, Bob has also earned AIIM Master designations in ECM, BPM, EMM, E2.0 and IOA, Specialist designations in ERM, SharePoint ECM, SharePoint Collaboration and Practitioner Designation in Taxonomy/Metadata, Capture and Social Media Governance. In addition, Bob is a CompTIA -- Certified Document Imaging Architech+ (CDIA+), State of Florida Certified Instructor, a Member of the International Society of Poets and is listed in the Honors Edition of Biltmore’s Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals, International Who’s Who of Professionals, the International Who’s Who in Poetry and the Executive Guild of Who’s Who. Prior to his current position, Bob has held positions within the vendor community, as a Consultant/Analyst with iMerge Consulting, Kinetic Information and BIS Strategic Decisions. In the reseller distribution channel, Bob led Tech Data’s Knowledge Management Unit where, he set the strategic and tactical directions for the distribution of advanced and emerging technology products through Tech Data’s distribution channel. Bob entered the emerging technologies' industry with Wang Laboratories where he focused on imaging, workflow, and digital annotation and voice recognition systems.
