I am the AIIM Training Manager at NokusaEI. We present ECM training and education (AIIM); as the only recognised partner of AIIM in Southern Africa, NokusaEI presents Master certification courses in various programmes, including: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Electronic Records Management (ERM) Information Organisation and Access (IOA) Business Process Management (BPM) Email Management (EMM) and SharePoint Nokusa Engineering Informatics (NokusaEI) is a leading international consulting company, specialising in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) strategies, solutions and implementations. NokusaEI is a South African based, privately owned BEE Company that operates in both South Africa and Australia. NokusaEI assists organisations with the ECM strategies, methods and tools to capture, store, manage, preserve and deliver all types of information in support of business processes.
