Susan Cisco, Ph.D., CRM, FAI, is a Director in Gimmal Group’s Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECRM) services organization. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the records and information management field as a practitioner, educator, and consultant. She has successfully consulted with organizations in multiple industries, including oil and gas, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, utilities, and government. Susan holds a Master of Library Science degree and a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Her work in the application of the Big Bucket Approach to the classification and retention of electronic records enhances the usability of ECRM systems, simplifies deployment strategies, and optimizes user adoption.
