I am an Architect, PADE in Administration (Certified in Advanced Management Program at ESAN University) more than 20 years of experience in engineering projects and physical facilities maintenance management in the Andean region (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela) in a corporate organization. Full knowledge in the construction industry and good communicative skills in English and Spanish. In charge of development and maintenance of standard projects (AEC) for construction and maintenance of buildings, chapels, religious institutes, administrative premises, missionary training centers within the Andean region (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela). Define concepts for construction, cleaning and maintenance documents as well as technical cards catalogs in order to comply with physical facilities management. Lead the Quality Assessment program.
