Bio
Mr. Mandel has been in the IT industry for 33 years, with 25 years of specialization in Document and Records Management technologies. He is currently the Records Management Practice Manager for OpenText Public Sector Solutions and served from 2009 - 2011 as the Chief Records Officer for the District of Columbia. Mr. Mandel is a CRM, BPMm, CDIA+, CPIM, ERMs, and MBA. Mark was inducted into the AIIM Company of Fellows in 2010. He is a past president of the National Capitol Chapter of AIIM and is the immediate past president of the ARMA Northern Virginia chapter. He served on the AIIM Board of Directors from 2007 - 2009 as Chair of the AIIM Professional Advisory Council (PAC).
