I have a broad Information Technology background in upstream Oil and Gas companies. Previous experience in systems analysis and design, systems development, technical infrastructure and customer service center. I have focused the last 10 years on Enterprise Content and Records Management technologies and processes, with the last five years with a consulting company. I have been engaged in ECRM strategy and roadmaps, information governance, RIM organization and process design, policy development, project management and technology evaluation and selection. I am also active with Enterprise 2.0 technologies, including Twitter, Yammer and blogging.
