Kristina Frazier-Henry, jack-of-all-trades, has straddled the chasm between Information Technology and the Businesses of Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources for almost 20 years. Within that amount of time, she has sponsored, lead, managed, and/or participated in projects of all variety - ECM, ERP, Six Sigma, BPM, M&A, Outsourcing, SDLC, ITIL, CMMi, OPM3 (just to mention a few). Her current passion involves all things web: Content Management, SharePoint 2010, Google Analytics, and Social Media. She might go as far as calling herself an Evangelist. Kristina's proudest moments are yet to come however, her top three list thus far includes: Sponsoring and implementing a company's first ever, user-governed web-content management group; Within a six week period of time, implementing a new customer ticketing system which replaced a legacy, non-supported platform; Saving a business organization over 1m in real costs ->dollars which went out the door, through a business process improvement project.
