My first-ever video interview was at 9 a.m. this morning with Ben Kiker, CMO of Jive Software. I enjoyed the interview with a fellow southerner (I'm from Lake Charles, LA. He's from Beaumont, TX. We used to have to shop in Beaumont because the mall in Lake Charles was awful. Sad, but true.)

Anyway, Ben and I talked about ROI and the benefits and uses of social media.
