Looking for an Enterprise Content Management studybook -

I am looking for an ECM studybook in which all (important) ECM aspects are covered.

I have attended the AIIM ECM Master class but would like to have more (structured) information apart from the slides in the training.

It's not new, but still a good and well structured collection of information; five years ago OpenText published a three volume series on ECM. One is focused on solutions, one on methods, and one on technologies. All revolve around a bunch of case stories. Though somwhat aged, I would still recomend them, as tech is not in focus. There is a good list there with books that include those written by Bob Boiko, who I reference when I deliver the AIIM course.

If you are looking for sppecifics, there are references used in the AIIM materials to books by Lambe, Tapscott, and Strassman as well.
