Some of you may recollect that In 2009, I conducted a survey into the use (or non use!) of mapping and modelling tools, for process improvement. At the time the survey was said to have been the most comprehensive of its kind to have been undertaken.
Now I need your help. Much has changed since then and I am conducting another survey to help us track the adoption and use of such tools. This is where I am appealing for your help and assistance, the more people who take the survey, then the richer the picture we can create.

By way of a thank you everyone who fully completes the survey will receive a free copy of the report from MWD Advisors when it is published.
As you might imagine, I am especially keen to get the views of end user organisations.
