Our company is looking to implement SharePoint as our Enterprise Content and Records Management solution.  We would like to speak to other companies who have made this decision and who are using Records Center. Ideally we'd like to speak to companies who are using Records Center in production environment.  Have you added a 3rd party ecosystem to augment your Records Center? If so which one(s) and why?  Did you take any training specific to Records Center?  If so who offered this training?
