I have been tasked with setting up an Information Management team. I was wondering if anyone out there has resources and/or ideas on how to go about this. We currently do not have a formalized IM process. What would the first steps be? Thanks for any input and insight.

Do you at least have an idea of what you want to achieve through Information Management? Establishing objectives and priorities is a good early step. If you identify what needs doing, you'll be better able to identify the stakeholders (who needs to do it).
