Looking for someone using Oracle URM product for physical and/or electronic records

Broward County Florida is in the process of implementing Oracle's Universal Records Manager product. We use Microsoft Outlook for e-mail and also run Sharepoint and Semantic Vault. We have completed our installation and have run a small pilot. We are looking for a counterpart agency to discuss issues such as enterprise-wide rollout, training, customizing configurations, establishing and maintaining security, and using multiple file plans.
