Morning! 

I am working in company witch developing witn MOSS. We have big work with projects. And because of this threre is no time to think what we need to learn to upgrate our level and speed of developing and programming as a rule.

We have Knolege Base(KB) and E-Books and of course we using Google to find technical answers for new questions.

Now question. Is it right idea create one point for searching in KB and Google to collect statistic of proffesional request for understanding what knowleges we need now to update and what must learn new employers?
