Is AIIM losing its impartiality?

Just wanted thoughts on this, if AIIM is starting to focus more on Microsoft products than others? Should they be a little more impartial? Thanks.

What should AIIM do if Microsoft is the dominant technology source? Just as corporations used to go with IBM as a matter of course for hardware, they now look to Microsoft for software. As a result, we're dealing in a Microsoft universe.

I guess my question would be - are the majority of Fortune top 50-100 companies using SharePoint as there ECM repository for the core of their business? I understand that most (if not all) F500 companies have some type of SharePoint footprint, but do they integrate SP into their core (read 'moneymaker') business functions?

I would be surprised if the answer is a resounding 'yes', hence the OP's question. I also think it's a valid question as well.
