The Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) is seeking a vendor to provide software support and hosting for the Interstate Compact Offender Tracking System (ICOTS). Vendors who wish to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) are to address all of the requirements set forth. ICAOS invites you to respond to the Request for Proposals by 3:00p.m., March 16, 2012. To be eligible for consideration, please submit your official response electronically to hhageman@interstatecompact.org. Based upon the responses and no later than sixty days after the deadline, ICAOS expects to select a vendor and discuss the proposed solution in more detail with the intent of signing an agreement.
