What happens when your SharePoint adoption strategy turns out to be a resounding success? How do you go from a high touch service strategy to one that can scale to accomodate enterprise wide use? For example, how does your organization now handle the intake process for SharePoint enhancements or consulting services?
Does anybody have any experiences or tips they would like to share? I'd love to hear them.
