In the news today it is being reported that email and the discovery of email related to the Penn State Perjury Case could make the difference on how this case proceeds. It is reported that a series of emails could implicate senior officials at the university as to having knowledge of the accusations of abuse. 

If you think that email is not vital information, subject to discovery or a matter of record. Think again. This is one of many cases where email plays a critical role in a case or audit.
