I am looking for an Institution/Group Survey that will supply me with an industry benchmark on measuring succesful User Adoption in a typical ECM Implementation.

Existing measurements are based on Registered Users vs Active Users as a ratio:

- what is an acceptable ratio on a daily/monthly basis?

- are there other acceptable, previously applied measurements that will demonstrate a succesful adoption of the ECM process.
