Does Kofax Know What Customer Service Is?

Is anyone else completely fed up with the extremely poor customer service provided by Kofax? Dispite paying the click charges and the annual maintenance fees, it seems every call into their service department results in a request for another $1,000. This is not related to adding software or clicks, this is related to setup issues, bugs, you name it.
I would not recommend Kofax to anyone company looking to set up a capture process. Period.
