Does Kofax Know What Customer Service Is?

Is anyone else completely fed up with the extremely poor customer service provided by Kofax?  Dispite paying the click charges and the annual maintenance fees, it seems every call into their service department results in a request for another $1,000.  This is not related to adding software or clicks, this is related to setup issues, bugs, you name it.

I would not recommend Kofax to anyone company looking to set up a capture process. Period.

Since my original post I have been contacted by Kofax and the issue has been resolved and they were very nice about it. It turns out that blame can be spread between our company, the reseller and Kofax. Communication is so important, especially when dealing with such a complex issue.
