Do you think that most RFPs that come out are wired for a vendor (and you would have a chance of winning...)?

Hi Bud,I think that most times, RFP's are slanted towards the vendor that someone (a very important someone usually) prefers to engage with.Depending on the governance that a company has set up (around this process) and the political environment team members exist in, that bias may or may not be something that can be overcome.
