Welcome to AIIM Minnesota Chapter! Our goal is to be the first resource
for Minnesota based individuals and organizations with Enterprise Content
Management needs. Whether your question is simple, or your problem is
complex, there is someone here that can help guide you to your answer. We
want to help!
While our Chapter has proven its staying power by serving
the local community for over 35 years, it is not enough to exist. Our
chapter leadership has recently taken a fresh look at our programs and
constituency in an effort to ensure delivery of valuable services. Our
findings have resulted in two major initiatives:
1. First has been to refresh our gatherings with an open format that
encourages greater participation and networking while diminishing the
influence of vendors. If you have not been to a ‘Thirsty Thursday’s’
event, we encourage you to join us every 3rd Thursday of odd months at Major’s
in Bloomington from 3:30-5:30pm!
2. The second major initiative
for the 2010-’11 Chapter year will be an outreach effort focused on increasing
end-user participation levels. No one knows the problems and need of
organizations better than the organizations themselves! The Chapter
should reflect end-user leadership and direction and it is our goal to make
this obvious. Our board members are eager to meet with you and your team
to discuss the following:
a. How can we make it more fun/valuable for your organization to
seek greater involvement with AIIM Minnesota Chapter?
b. What can we
be doing to help your organization achieve current and future ECM
initiatives?
