If you are having problems accessing your courses, please follow these instructions;

• Go to the following URL on our web site : http://www.aiim.org/mycourses
• Log in with your login email and password, as indicated below:
  Email: your email address
  Password: Last name OR your password
  Note: if you are a new visitor to the AIIM.org site, your password is your last name.
  If you have an existing AIIM web user account, please use the password you chose for your account.
• After you have logged in, you will be taken to your course listing page
• Click on the View link next to the title of the course you wish to access
  

IMPORTANT: You will be required to sign an agreement electronically when you launch your course. This will only be required ONCE and all subsequent access attempts will be open to access.
