The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. 

How long is the exam?

The exam is 2 hours (120 minutes). 

What is the passing score for the exam? 

Candidates must receive a score of 560 or higher  (scale 200-800) in order to pass.

Is the exam available online? 

No, the Information Certification is a proctored exam and must be taken at a Prometric test center.

Do I have to be a member of AIIM to take the exam?

No, anyone can take the exam. AIIM Professional members do receive access to the full PowerPoint slides from the training videos and discounts on continuing education fees (in addition to many other benefits).
