How to sell Document Management solutions Training Program

This 1-day course is available as either an in-person or virtual class. Your participants will also have access to a resource toolkit for ongoing reference and reinforcement of knowledge gained. The course is presented in these sections:

  • Part 1 - Foundation. Why Enterprise Content Management and why now?

  • Part 2 - Identifying Opportunities. Find visual and verbal cues in business processes.

  • Part 3 - Engaging the Customer. Challenge business needs with unique insights and perspectives.

  • Part 4 - Maximizing the Opportunity. Offer more than they think they need, and don't forget to ask for the order!

Public Classes (Virtual or in-person)
The next Sales Enablement Virtual Class is scheduled for Wednesday, June 26, 2013.  An invitation email with connection information will be sent a few days before the date of the class.  The class will run from 11am-5pm EST.
