Best Practices Program

New! Informative, helpful hints! How-to Guidance

Providing end user, easy to interpret guidance on day-to-day ECM implementation issues

Have you ever thought, "What if there were a guide that covered ________?" Well, now there is. The best news about the AIIM Best Practices is that they are written by project managers, content analysts, and project participants just like YOU. These Best Practice Guides will provide you with the "real" information that you need in terms that you can easily understand and implement.

The Best Practices are guideline documents containing no specification requirements -- just good helpful hints to make your job easier. The content in each guide is tutorial and features recommendations for using the technology or process to best address your organization's needs.

To develop these Best Practices, we will be using Communities of Practices for various topics. There is no travel involved in helping to develop a Best Practice as we will be using conference calls and this Best Practices Wiki.

As the Best Practices are developed, they will be posted on the web. To download a copy for FREE, you must be an AIIM Professional member. If you are not an AIIM professional member, you may purchase a copy. Each copy is protected against illicit copying and sharing.

The first Community of Practice paper will be on Email Management.
