Cloud Access to Public Sector Content – securing sensitive content through hybrid ECM

This short paper explores how public sector based IT is being forced to evolve from managing highly secure, centralized, in-house silos of information to the need to work with in a distributed, collaborative, mobile device enabled environment. It explains the regulatory aspects of public sector data management, including business impact levels (IL), aligns possible solutions with the G-Cloud initiative, and makes practical suggestions for a route forward that enables the use of a combination of cloud and on-premise content, collectively known as Hybrid ECM.
